SITE SURVEYS
With over 45 years experience in the installation of glass and window based products, both domestic and commercial and coupled with extensive knowledge of standards and building regulations, we can provide a detailed inspection and subsequent report on any type of installation. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Dependent on customer needs, we have three levels of support.
Level 1: Basic support through email or telephone.
Level 2: In-depth technical support which can also include detailed reports or responses.
Level 3: On site support or bespoke technical work e.g. data based documents.
All available as a one-off service or by contract.

TRAINING
All of our courses, with a few exceptions, are available both online or as classroom presentation. Each course is accompanied by extensive course notes and recorded within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Our courses can be used to enhance, replace or even form the basis of your company's training offering.

Our video training modules are a highly effective means of training with ease of access through PC, laptop, tablet or even mobile phone. The sessions conclude with a multiple choice test. After successful completion, the trainee receives the relevant certification.
Online
Classroom
There are certain topics which are best presented in a classroom setting. It may be a sensory matter, where the teaching is enhanced by the introduction of product samples or even practical examples of work being carried out. We can present at your premises or at a local training facility.

Site surveys & Expert Witness Service
It is an inevitable part of our industry that disputes will occasionally arise between contractor and client. Often this can be resolved with the help of an industry expert. As well as providing technical guidance by email or telephone, a site visit and subsequent report can be provided.
​The supplied report will contain detailed information on any faults or non-compliance or confirmed as compliant. Assessment is based on UK & International Standards, National Building Regulations & Industry Good Practice.

Document Creation
It is extremely important that technical documents of any kind are accurate and relate to current legislation whether within standards or building regulations.
No matter if it is to review existing documents or to create new ones, I can help and can also advise when those documents need updated to comply with legislation.
Production Review
In a busy factory it is sometimes difficult to take a step backwards to ensure your production is a efficient as it should be. With 40 years experience in glass & fenestration production in the UK and Internationally I can undertake a review of current production and provide a report of recommended improvements.

Finding speakers for Corporate Days can be difficult particularly when looking for industry related presentations.
My involvement with both UK and International Standards keeps me abreast of new and upcoming changes; this also applies to Building regulations and the Building Safety Regulator. However, I can present on any topic relating to the industry.

Legislation Updates
In my capacity as Chair of ISO Technical Committee 160 - Glass in Buildings as well as participation on BSI & CEN working groups I am fully aware of new Standards or those being updated. For those interested I can provide a monthly newsletter with relevant updates. This would also cover Building regulations and other legislation.
